About God

Knowing God makes all the difference in our lives. We meet regularly to hear teaching about Him from the Bible. This inspires us to worship Him and celebrate His love for us.

About each other

We enjoy sharing life and supporting one another. We do this in many ways including meeting in each other's homes during the week.

We want each person to reach their full potential in every area so we spend time teaching, training and developing leaders.

About our city and beyond

We want to make a positive, lasting and significant contribution to the city of Exeter. Our vision is ‘Love, Explain, Invite.’

Love: Our aim is to practically love and help our neighbours, work colleagues, friends and the poor.
Explain: It is God who motivates us and so we enjoy explaining what he has done for us.
Invite: Our hope is that many will come to explore for themselves and perhaps join us on this adventure.

We are also involved in starting new churches in the South West and in other nations.

Church Members Exeter

Our Story

Frontiers Church Exeter was planted by Andy and Jane Arscott in 2003. They gathered a core group of eight people who began to meet in their living room. The group outgrew their home and moved their meetings into Bowhill Primary School. People continued to join particularly young workers and students.

The Church has now grown to around 200 members. We rent an office in town and we have three full time staff members. We currently meet in larger premises at St Peter's School and St Sidwell's School and are beginning to look into options for a building of our own.
