Academy Update

After our recent Parables series, Stu and our Academy preachers met in the church office last night.
The guys thanked God for the opportunity to handle his word and teach his people, and asked him for humility in receiving feedback. Each preacher shared areas in which they wish to grow, and received at least two feedback sheets from other guys in the group.
The meeting finished with a time of 'prayer for our pulpit' - that God would anoint our preaching, speak powerfully to us through his word and establish us as a people known for the gifted preachers that God has raised up among us!
