Leaders Training

Last night we gathered Homegroup Leaders, Department Heads and Team Leaders for a 'training session' in the church office.
We started with tea and coffee, took communion together, shared a time of prayer and worship, and then Andy taught on the significance, challenges and rewards that come from working as a team.
One theme that kept appearing was the need to model Jesus as we lead teams - doing so humbly, with a servant heart, and honouring every member of the team. As our church grows, the workload will grow, and we need the Lord to help us build good teams!
We look forward to gathering our leaders again next month...
