Many of you will know that early in September we moved our Sunday morning meeting to the Thistle Hotel. After only 2 weeks, the Devon Registry Office contacted the hotel to let them know that we were not to meet there. This Sunday will be our last at the hotel.
After a very busy few weeks we will start meeting at St Peter's School at 3:30pm on Sunday 23rd October. We are very excited about this! The Elders are in agreement that during this 6-week initial trial period we will explore i. how suitable the venue is for us in the long-term, and ii. how suitable the 'afternoon slot' is for us to hold our meeting.
This Sunday every member and guest will receive a letter from the Elders, a transport plan for getting to St Peter's School, and a 'timeline' detailing events with the Thistle Hotel and Devon Registry Office. You'll also be able to download this from the 'Media' page of our website. As the adventure continues and we move to a new venue we are full of anticipation that this will be a helpful place for us to hold our earlier meeting.
