What Happened Last Night?!

It was great to be at St Sidwell's School for Church Together last night. Around 60 of us gathered to meet with God and engage with Him in prayer... Luke led us in worship for half an hour, and we had a variety of prayers and prophetic contributions in this time.
Stu updated us on Frontiers Church Central, affirming that this is a fully fledged second site, and asked the team and those attending Central as 'their meeting' to stand up. Andy shared a bit about his role in the region, supporting other churches and their leaders [particularly in getting Truro up and running] and he made it very clear that although his role will change in time, he's not going anywhere!
It was with some sadness that Malc and Gail shared that they will be moving back to the South-East in the near future after 5 years in Exeter. We'll hear more about this in the coming weeks.
Finally, we prayed for Alpha ahead of the launch on Sunday! Jon and Rach are really buzzing about this. We closed with a big prayer of commission from Steve Blake. We are confident that hearts were stirred and the church was strengthened as we gave it all over to the Lord. It was a great night!
