As a church we hold to the following beliefs from the Bible:
1. The divine inspiration and infallibility of Holy Scripture as originally given, and their sole authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
2. The unity of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit eternally in the Godhead, being three Persons but one God.
3. The universal sinfulness and guilt of human nature since the fall, rendering man subject to God's wrath.
4. The full deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His Virgin birth, and his real and sinless humanity.
5. Redemption from the guilt, penalty and power of sin and from the dominion of Satan only through the sacrificial death [as our representative and substitute] of Jesus Christ, the Incarnate Son of God.
6. The bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
7. The necessity of the regenerating work of the Holy Spirit to make the death of Christ effective towards the individual sinner, granting him repentance towards God and faith in Jesus Christ.
8. The justification of the sinner freely by grace through faith alone in the life of the Lord Jesus Christ.
9. The baptism, indwelling and work of the Holy Spirit in the believer.
10. The expectation of the personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.
11. The Sovereignty of God in Redemption, Creation, Revelation and Final Judgement.
12. The fixed and eternal nature of future blessedness of the redeemed in heaven and future punishment of the unbelieving in hell.
13. The One, Holy, Universal Church, which is the Body of Christ, to which all true believers belong and of which all are priests.
14. Baptism and the Breaking of Bread, both being instituted by the Lord for believers only.
